Due to weather, today's practice will be held tomorrow at the same times.

We have heard from a few parents that the lack of early morning practice for swimmers needing to go to camp is impacting them.

Our coaching staff has graciously volunteered to consider adding 2 x 30 minute practices on Tuesday and Thursday mornings…

Do you think Sadie would be willing to teach a break-out session on flip turns?  I'm trying to give some of our younger swimmers some experience teaching/coaching.  As I watched her pull ahead in her race with her turn, I watched several of our other swimmers lose their leads…
